Career Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. Candidates should meet the following requirements:


  • 3 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree minimum
  • Previous Clinical Trials involvement is a plus
  • Medical background is a plus. 


Selected candidate will be responsible for the following:


  • Scheduling Site Initiation Visits, Monitoring Visits, and Closeout Visits conducted by the clinical trials sponsors.
  • Maintaining study binders, communication logs, protocol, qualifications, and various additional documentation as required by the clinical trials sponsors and the study protocol.
  • Maintaining, handling, and processing records of adverse events and notes to file as well as other regulatory documentation for the studies.
  • Responsible for receiving and filing all study materials, handling and transport of specimens, responding to operators’ additional inquiries regarding specimens and/or ongoing trials.
